| Many. I like to torture myself. Except somewhere along the way I started to enjoy the torture, and the 'worst' anime became rather friendly. Which means when I really think it's the worst, then it's the Worst. Here's a few, my top contenders: The second season of Yakusoku no Neverland <--- I actually hate the first season just as much, but this is an obvious choice Kamisama ni Natta Hi <-- 3 months of psychological torture Ex-Arm <-- The first 10 minutes are funny...then it wears off. Also, to the person who put Sola in here... what! |
| Pupa Was So Bad it was painful. It only got a 2 from me because the first couple of episodes were ok, but it fell all the way to the very bottom by the end. Funny to see some truly great shows being listed as all-time worst. Good to see some shows I disliked also getting the derision they deserve. I think there's a HUGE difference between a single episode (OVA or movie) and a series (over 3 episodes) in terms of "I can't believe I finished watching that hot garbage". 'Kanojo ga Flag wo Oraretara' for example. I watched 11 episode of 13, I couldn't muster the willpower to finish it: dropped. It was OK, but things suddenly 'went south' and never got better again. 'Citrus' I was avidly reading the manga, then it suddenly got terrible so I stopped. I thought, "oh the anime will fix it!" and... nope. At the exact same spot it got terrible and I dropped it even faster. Oh well. |

@TsutanaiFuun because it's a powerful display of what a toxic relationship look like it's not shiny and rainbows it's dark and grey just like how human can act under the effect of love. Not everything need to be wholesome to be good sometimes just displaying a toxic relationship and still let it end wholesome (manga end before Citrus+) have it's merit.

| I guess it would be the first season of the Netflix Baki series, although I still gave it a 5/10. The story and everything's fine, but the animation quality is definitely lacking in a lot of areas, especially for a series that's visually and thematically all about martial arts and martial philosophy. Itagaki's original art is so striking and distinct that even "decent" visuals probably wouldn't capture the magic of Baki, but the Netflix series' first season falls well short of that and resorts to a lot of limited animation techniques and poor CGI which really does the manga a disservice. I can't speak for the other seasons; from what I can tell there's a definite improvement and much less reliance on janky CGI. |

| I don't remember any really bad anime that I've watched, but one of them left a terrible impression on me after watching. It was Gyo: Tokyo Fish Attack! In horror, by the way, I like Junji Ito's style, but in this film everything is terrible, from the drawing to the plot. And this was also drawn by ufotable, ha-ha. |

| Most likely Dies Irae. It's rare for me to see a show that fails in everything and does not have even one positive aspect of it that would be unique to this anime. Even trying to turn your brain off and watch it ironically just did not work. Definitely a model appaling show. |
